Every S.T.O.R.M meeting is designed with goals of providing young adults a platform to be leaders. Through hands-on training, volunteering, coaching and community partnership one moves with effectiveness while creating positive within ones community.
Young leaders need employment readiness to face a difficult future. Through development experiences, coaching, interactive trainings and mentoring, young adults will be equipped to lead forward in the workforce.
By providing young adults with the tools to be culturally aware and conscious they will have the ability to respect and value one another’s wellbeing. This level of cultural competence will be achieved through hands-on trainings, out-of-state conferences, and honest dialogue. By achieving multicultural awareness, young adults can positively impact their community.

Knowing how to make connections to social networks, how to self-motivate, and having the ability to work across boundaries are all important elements in leading a productive and rewarding life. S.T.O.R.M provides young adults the opportunity to develop and enhance their skillsets to be contributing members of society.
Through a combination of practical, experience- based learning, partnership with financial institutions, and interactive workshops, young adults will be provided with the tools to achieve financial success.
